CAFFO Vecchio Amaro del Capo

This bitter is composed of 29 aromatic herbs, flowers and roots infused in alcohol, and flavours extracted from natural ingredients. These include mandarin, anise, chamomile, bigarade, orange and orange blossom, juniper, peppermint, liquorice and hyssop. The liqueur is produced in the province of Vibo Valentia, near Capo Vaticano, the locality which gave its name to the liqueur and illustrates its famous label. This liqueur has a dark colour and is characterised by a soft, sweet and aromatic taste that lasts a long time. It is recommended to drink it well chilled at -20o C, in cocktails, or to accompany coffee.
