Founded in 1897 in the heart of the Highlands, Tomatin Distillery is renowned for its soft, fruity and naturally elegant spirit. Its style typically showcases orchard and yellow fruits alongside delicate honeyed and floral notes. After several decades of maturation, Tomatin develops remarkable complexity, with a silky texture and deeper layers of wax, spice and candied fruit. Selected by Decadent Drinks for WhiskyLand Chapter 34, this 1994 vintage aged 31 years showcases a beautifully mature and refined expression of the distillery. Three decades of ageing have polished its natural fruitiness, transforming fresh fruit into layers of ripe yellow fruits, honey and wax supported by delicate oak.
