Nose : Soft earthy peat smoke with thyme, green apple and toasted barley.

Palate : Honey’d cereal and malt with smoky embers, a peppery warmth and gentle oak spice.

Overall : Drying peat smoke and a subtle ashy character with lemon peel and a whisper of vanilla.
