Opened in 2022, The Cairn Distillery is currently overseeing the maturation of its future single malts. In the interim, the CRN57° range has been crafted by the Master Blenders at Gordon & MacPhail. Aged for 18 years and bottled at 43% ABV, this expression offers a rich and fruity profile featuring notes of apple, blueberry, and hazelnut.
