SMOOTH AMBLER Single Barrel Bourbon #2966 Distillerie Générale

This single barrel of 6 year-old Rye Bourbon was made with a mash bill of 21% Rye, 71% Corn & 8% Malted Barley. This mash was fermented for 96 hours then distilled through a 36’ tall Vendome continuous distillation column with a 75 gallon doubler. The barrel entry proof was 120 and each barrel was matured in building 8 at the Cove Creek Maturation site in Maxwelton, WV position at an elevation of 2,180 feet above sea level.
