SKILT Roc'Elf Whisky

This Breton whisky is certified PGI "Whisky de Bretagne", ensuring its deep roots in the Breton terroir and its artisanal craftsmanship. Made from barley malt, wheat, and smoked barley, this pure malt whisky is aged for five years in oak casks that previously held sweet white wine. During its fifth year, it undergoes a finishing process in Vin d’Orge Sainte Colombe barrels, a strong dark beer (9.5% ABV) that itself has been aged for a year in casks, imparting a distinct malty finish. Its aromatic profile reveals fruity notes of orange, vanilla, and red berries, with subtle hints of oak. On the palate, it offers a smooth, well-balanced roundness that lingers pleasantly.
