Himalayan Gin is crafted in the world's highest peaks, where Himalayan juniper (Juniperus Indica) grows at altitudes above 3,500 meters, in extreme conditions that shape its unique character. Harvesting takes place in late October, when the berries reach perfect maturity, and is carried out by local Nepalese communities who scale the Himalayan slopes, following ancient traditions. Beyond juniper, this gin is enriched with exclusive wild botanicals from the region, including Timur pepper, black cardamom, rhododendron flowers, and hibiscus, all hand-picked in harmony with the mountain’s natural cycles. At the distillery, the London Dry method enhances the resinous and fresh notes of juniper, perfectly balanced with the spicy and citrusy touch of Timur, creating a gin that captures the pure essence of the Himalayan peaks in every sip.

In a world where most spirits are created in controlled environments, Selvatiq follows a different path. Spirits are crafted exclusively from 100% wild botanicals, hand-harvested in some of the planet’s most remote and extreme ecosystems. Each of the three gins features a distinctive wild juniper species—shaped by Himalayan altitudes,
Mediterranean winds, or desert extremes. More than simple spirits, these gins are pure expressions of terroir, distilled with profound respect for nature, people, and place. The approach supports sustainable harvesting, fair compensation for local communities, and the preservation of fragile ecosystems.
