The oldest Roseisle ever offered is a structured and well-integrated malt with natural sophistication; an excellent versatile whiskey, ideal for aperitif time.
Nose : Sweet and fragrant. Notes of vanilla sponge cake mingle with caramelized apple tart on puff pastry, enhanced by a touch of vanilla ice cream. With aeration, floral accents of rose and exotic herbs appear.
Palate : Creamy and silky, reminiscent of buttery vanilla cakes, then livelier with a clean acidity and peppery notes. Herbaceous, fruity, and slightly nutty nuances intertwine harmoniously.
Overall : Medium and elegant, marked by a touch of white pepper and spicy-nutty notes. With a little water, the finish gains in smoothness and balance.
