A blend of Fins Bois eaux-de-vie, Rémi Landier VS Original Blend has been aged for 2 years in French oak barrels. Soft and floral, it is marked by notes of pressed grapes. To be enjoyed neat, as a long drink or in a cocktail.

Nose : gourmand, opening with marzipan, marron glacé, candied orange and raisin. It quickly evolves towards more heady, vanilla and floral notes. On aeration, almost exotic notes of mirabelle plum and honey accompany the appearance of spices (cinnamon, clove, laurel).

Palate : unctuous, immediately more spicy and peppery than the nose, but still retaining its citrus and stone-fruit notes, with a touch of sweet ginger and oak.

Overall : medium-long, creamy on spices, hazelnut and oak.
