PLANTERAY RUM Black Cask Barbade / Trinidad

This special bottling is the result of Planteray Rum's signature double-ageing process which gives the rum its great complexity, refinement, and subtle toasted notes. Following distillation in Barbados and Trinidad, the rum is aged in its countries of origin for several years in white oak casks. It is then shipped to the south-west of France, where it is matured in heavily toasted oeak Ferrand casks which gives the rum its delicate smoky notes. A flavourful and well-balanced rum from Barbados and Trinidad with elegant notes of fruits and toasted baking spices.
