Crafted with tradition in the heart of Belize and aged to perfection, this 2008 Belizean rum opens with bold bourbon notes, followed by citrus, and rich, lasting flavors of dried fruits and coffee.
A tropical paradise in every sip.
Nose : Opens on very old bourbon notes with intense and spicy cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, roasted almonds, leather, cocoa, honey and banana.
Palate : Citrus and pear, caramel, coconut, pepper, cloves, liquorice and tobacco.
Overall : Long on dried fruits, cherry, vanilla, coffee and gentle vegetal notes.
