A blend of various rums from Barbados, matured in bourbon casks in the Caribbean, then finished in old French oak barrels at the Bonbonnet château. Its rich nose is typical of the Barbados rums and reveals notes of grilled coconut, fudge and woody vanilla

Nose : subtly spicy with peppery notes. Evokes the colour green with its fresh, almost spring-like character. Mint leaves and green tea. Opens up onto summer fruits, strawberry undertones with a soft note of caramelised sugar. Lemon.

Palate : softly sweet and unaggressive. Frank caramel flavours, sweet and rich. Develops into coffee, and rum and raisin ice cream.

Overall : fairly short, it leaves the palate receptive.
