Born from a collaboration between the 1615 distillery and the Peruvian restaurant group COYA, this passion fruit-infused pisco pays homage to COYA's iconic house infusion. The pisco is macerated for 40 days in contact with passion fruit pulp and stirred regularly before being filtered and bottled. This pisco adds an exotic and elegant touch to all cocktails.
