The latest of the iconic Dragon range from the Welsh distillery Penderyn, Myth is the result of the blend of old bourbon casks from the Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky and STR (Shaved, Toasted and Recharred) wine casks. Un-chillfiltered and uncolored, this single malt perfectly expresses Penderyn's sweet and fruit character. It shows perfectly balanced notes of pear and citrus juice, honey and tropical fruits, with a lingering finish of raisins and spices.

Nose : Lemony and floral. Cut grass, melon and vanille. Baked apples topped with molasses. A malty, vegetal character emerges as the fruit disappears.

Palate : Delicate notes of vanilla ice cream and vanilla bean, lemon zest, candy and white flowers. Barley and a peppery warmth.

Overall : All this delicacy culminates in a short finish of buttered banana cake.
