Nose : Refined, complex. Floral (lilacs), fruity (apricots). Notes of spices (cloves) and leather.

Appearance : vieil or à reflets dorés.

Palate : Firm, powerful. Spicy (pepper). Woody (oak). Evolves with ripe fruit (peaches), caramelised apples and flowers (honeysuckle).

Overall : Long. Coastal. Ripe fruit (plums, peaches) on a background of woody-vanilla notes.

Nose : Fruity. Marked by citrus aromas like orange, but also by juicy pear notes. Complex and expressive, the nose evolves and reveals light herbaceous notes with a hint of peat and a slight bitterness, as it flows from orange to grapefruit.

Palate : Round and delicate. Cereal flavours stand alongside sweet spice with a touch of cardamom. At the same time, candied fruit notes appear with a more assertive character, lending it depth and length.

Overall : In line with the palate, a slight but discreet bitterness comes along with some peatiness, somewhat reminiscent of a full-bodied dark chocolate.

Nose : Floral (white flowers, orange blossoms) and fruity (pear, citrus).

Palate : Smooth. Cereals, malt, toffee, roasted nuts, vanilla. Slightly peated.

Overall : Fruity (dry apricot) et malted (malt, vanilla).
