Created in 1956, Noilly Prat Red is a mahogany-coloured vermouth from the South of France. A blend of white Languedoc wines and herbs and spices, this vermouth reveals aromas of cloves, saffron and cocoa beans. Perfect enjoyed chilled with a slice of orange zest or in a cocktail.

Nose : Rich and warm. Dominant aromas of bitter orange peel, cocoa, prunes and sweet spices (cinnamon, cloves), enhanced by a hint of grassiness.

Palate : Enveloping and well-structured. A lovely balance between the sweetness of candied fruit, the character of warm spices and a lively vegetal bitterness provided by cinchona.

Overall : Long and complex. It lingers with notes of dark chocolate, dried citrus fruits and a subtle woody bitterness.
