FRENCH WHISKY: Ninkasi 10 Year Old Whisky Live Paris 2026 is a single malt whisky from the Rhône-Alpes region of France.
PROFILE: This whisky reveals a smooth and spicy profile, highlighted by notes of cinnamon, almond and pine. It was first aged for over seven years in a chardonnay cask, before continuing its maturation for nearly three years in a French oak cask, and bottled without dilution.

Nose : The nose unfolds gently, revealing notes of cinnamon, almond and pine, with an underlying character of forest floor and leather, adding depth brought by the extended maturation.
Palate : On the palate, the whisky reveals its indulgent character, with notes of melted caramel and star anise, alongside a complexity that evolves with every sip. The finish is softer, with notes of hazelnut and a subtle touch of toffee.
