Crafted by the Nardini distillery in Bassano del Grappa, Grappa Riserva 7 Years is part of the Selezione Bortolo range. It is based on a blend of spirits distilled from destemmed grape pomace from several grape varieties, using a process combining continuous and batch copper stills. This expression is aged for at least seven years in Slavonian oak casks, giving it its amber hue and aromatic structure. Bottled at 45% ABV, it offers a more pronounced woody and fruity profile than the 5-year version, while maintaining the characteristic balance of the house's spirits. It is best enjoyed neat at room temperature as an after-dinner drink, either on its own or paired with dry pastries and chocolate desserts.
