MORI NO JOZOJO Mori No Saké

After leading the renowned sake brewery Shichiken, Ryogo Kitahara embarked on a visionary challenge in Rankoshi. He personally cleared the forest to build a brewery in harmony with nature, using locally sourced wood for the fermentation tanks. The only non-sparkling sake in the range, it is crafted using the traditional Sanki Amazake-moto method. Despite its light alcohol content (13% ABV), it delivers remarkable depth, richness, and complexity.
