Crafted in the heart of the Alpilles mountains, our farigoule liqueur celebrates the Provençal garrigue. We use thyme harvested in the Alpilles, macerated for an extended period, and then distilled to extract its aromatic freshness, resinous notes, and herbaceous depth. A dry liqueur, lightly sweetened, our farigoule is an expression of Provençal tradition.
It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of dry tonic.
Nose : Thyme, garrigue honey. An immediate aromatic intensity typical of the sunny, limestone terroir of the Alpilles.
Palate : Full-bodied, warm, and generously herbaceous. Thyme expresses its aromatic power mingled with notes of savory. A measured sweetness adds roundness without masking the vegetal tension.
Overall : Long, resinous and dry. An impression of sun-warmed garrigue mixed with a slight herbaceous bitterness.
