Nose : Layers of fresh and dried figs. Notes of light jam. Garrigue honey, sweet almond. A very natural and subtly sweet aromatic expression.
Palate : A luscious texture, yet not heavy. The fig opens with a measured length. Ripe flesh, a floral touch, a light sensation of honey.
Overall : Long, delicately honeyed, with a lovely persistence of ripe figs and a slight vegetal tension reminiscent of the fruit's skin. Elegant and very true to the fruit.
