A Macallan 7 Year Old from the 1990s imported to Italy by Giovinetti & Figli, Milan. At the time, Macallan used only sherry casks to mature its whiskies. Armando Giovinetti, who was also an importer for Glen Grant, played an important role in building Macallan’s renown in Italy, following on from Rinaldi’s work in the mid-1980s. He was responsible for many now-legendary bottlings, including a large number of Macallans. The watercolour on the label was produced by Sara Midda.
