Founded in 1821 by Peter Brown, Linkwood was entirely rebuilt in 1872. Nearly a century later, in 1971, a new adjoining distillery, named Linkwood N, was built. The two distilleries operated together until 1996, the year the original site was permanently closed. Of great finesse, this release perfectly embodies the refined style of this single malt, extremely renowned among enthusiasts the world over. Remarkably balanced, it invites the taster, with rare precision, to discover the full extent and complexity of an aromatic and flavour profile brimming with lyricism.
