See moreNose : rich, unctuous. The particularly exotic (passion fruit, mango) initial nose is also floral (violet), mineral (liquorice sweets) and ashy. Everything is then gradually enveloped in a rich peat and filled with sea spray. Gradually, the aromatic palette becomes increasingly smoky (Havana cigar), vanilla and camphoric. In the finale, candied citrus fruits add a surplus of energy._x000D_
_x000D_
_x000D_
_x000D_
Palate : lively and silky. Full of imagery, the attack is like sinking into a field of peat. On the mid-palate, notes of kelp, iodine, red fruit (raspberry, strawberry) and dark chocolate appear harmoniously alongside each other. As the tasting progresses, the peat becomes more intense. The very end of the palate that propels towards the finish is saturated with an intense smoke.
Overall : long, rich. Delicately chocolatey, the finish goes through every last ingredient from the nose and the palate. Roasted pineapple appears alongside fleur de sel, a herbaceous peat soaks up smoky, ashy notes and red fruits accompany bourbon vanilla. The retro-nasal olfaction enthusiastically recites the verses of a malty, peaty, smoky poem, while the empty glass develops a liquorice and herbaceous register (cut hay, straw)._x000D_
