LAGOON Margherita ambre

A sake evoking a Margherita pizza, crafted with emblematic tomatoes from northern Niigata, rice, and basil. Its amber, clear and brilliant appearance reveals elegant ginjo yeast aromas subtly blending with notes of tomato and basil, offering nuances reminiscent of wine or even brandy. The double umami from rice and tomato, combined with the tomato’s acidity and slight bitterness, creates a captivating aromatic progression that invites repeated tasting. The tomatoes and basil come from Takagi Farm, renowned for its low use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
