Initially aged in bourbon casks and then matured in new French oak, this version first of all brings out the abundant fruity and herbaceous character of a mineral distillate. Then, as the tasting progresses, delicious exotic notes (pineapple), milky and honeyed, highlight the rigorous selection of casks by the famous Taransaud cooperage.
