Koch Espadín is an artisanal mezcal crafted in Santa María Suchixtlán, Oaxaca. It is produced from agaves that are cultivated and matured for 7 to 9 years before being double-distilled in copper stills. Reduced to 47% ABV, it reveals smoky and herbal aromas with notes of very ripe fruits and violets.

Nose : Smoky and slightly minty with notes of ripe fruits, violet, and pineapple.

Palate : Notes of coconut, roses, and freshly cut herbs. On the finish, aromas of peach, cinnamon, white pepper, and a hint of cherry jam.
