Nose : versatile, reveals the full aromatic palette of a very good sherry cask. The rancio, on walnuts softened by honey and almond. It becomes increasingly exotic, with apricot. Then opens up to prune and port melon. A saline note. Cedar.
Palate : Immediate and precise on walnut and praline. Long-lasting dried fruit, but without dryness or bitterness.
Overall : Finishes on notes of oak with the same dominant dried fruit.
