In the far west of Andalusia, Spain, lies the ancient province of Huelva, where the bodega José y Miguel Martín crafts barrels with ancestral expertise before they are perfected in their cellars in Jerez. Isle of Harris is proud to source directly from them, carefully selecting Oloroso casks since 2015.
