Lorraine brewery Hoppy Road has been taking us on a journey into the hoppy world of craft beer with brio, pleasure and passion since 2017. Hazy Rider represents all the modernity with which NEIPAs reinterpret IPAs: malts of barley, rye, wheat and oat flakes for a cloudy colour and a silky, colourful texture serving the tropical flavours of Citra hops. This is a beer for fans of hop juice who want to quench their thirst for escape. Resonance pairing: Tropical fruit and citrus salad. Complementary pairing: lentil dhal with coconut milk.
