A magnificent version from the warehouses of Scotland’s northernmost distillery. Gold colour; generous nose, characterised by flowers, honey and smoked barley. The creamy palate confirms the notes of the bouquet and also develops hints of spices (nutmeg) and dried fruit. The rather dry finish is a little short.
