Deliberately crafted with a limited selection of carefully chosen botanicals, Height of Arrows highlights juniper berries with a refreshingly green gin, featuring beautiful spicy and herbal notes balanced by delicate hints of citrus. Nose : Resinous and delicate, with notes of pine and citrus zest.
Palate : Oily and vegetal. Opens with juicy orange and lemon essence, followed by beautifully complex spicy (cardamom, black pepper) and herbal notes, enhancing a gin with a smooth texture.
