EPC Blanc de Noirs Brut

A trip to the Arce valley (where Selosse sources its Pinot Noir) that meets all the criteria: freshness, fruit and tension! We wanted to pursue our strategy of single-varietal Champagnes that best represented their terroir. So we scoured the Champagne region in search of a Pinot Noir that was fresh, with good length and not too strong, to make an extra brut with a long finish. CRISP / SEDUCTIVE / DELICATE
