Tasting notes
Nose : fine, complex. Very spicy (pepper and cloves), bordering on hot. Develops into sweeter and more empyreumatic notes (cedar and thuja). Incredibly deep.
Palate : sweet, concentrated. Varying notes of vegetation, sweet vanilla, exotic fruit (pineapple and passion fruit) and lime. Gourmand, voluptuous.
Overall : long, a roughness gives it bags of character and consistency. Very crunchy. Lingers on to ripe fruit (apple).
