Nose : subtle pepperiness with a background of sweet, milky notes. Exotic fruit with a hint of varnish. It opens with animal and farmyard scents, with notes of leather and stables. Then it becomes mineral, with aromas of macadam and hot tyre rubber.
Palate : the attack is sweet and slightly salty. It opens precisely in an empyreumatic register, with lovely notes of smoke and ash, evolving into liquorice. Particularly “loquacious”, it confirms the mineral and macadam notes of the bouquet.
Overall : the spices and pepper come back in force. Endless notes of log fire. It lingers with a final touch of leather and petrol.
