This 2011 vintage, bottled at 100 Proof by Signatory Vintage, matured for 15 years in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. The cask enhances Craigellachie’s natural richness with dark fruits, spice and chocolate notes while preserving the spirit’s signature tension and structure.
Nose : Black raisins, candied orange, cocoa, toasted walnuts and a light waxy note.
Palate : Dense and powerful. Dates, plum, brown caramel, sweet spices and toasted oak.
Overall : Long and warming, with dried fruits, mocha and a peppery touch.
