Nose : Sweet (gum drops) and malty. Fruitier and juicier than the standard bottling. A hint of smoke.
Palate : Firm, smooth. Hints of underlying notes of smoke and fruit. On a base of malt, oak and smoke. Unusual development on two levels.
Overall : Moderately long. Delicate woody notes expressing the whole range of oak, from banana to cocoa to vanilla. A much more marked dryness on the finish.
