Description
This single malt is part of the famous Classic Malts range and, according to specialist Michael Jackson, is one of the most complex Speyside malts.
Tasting notes
Nose : mellow, balanced. Fruity (pears, apples), citrus fruit (grapefruit). Tobacco, wax. A delicate marine note.
Palate : slightly salty, returning to citrus fruit (lemons). Vegetal (fresh grass) and floral (broom) notes.
Overall : long and creamy, with the bitter-sweetness of malted barley. Notes of biscuit and sweet almonds.

40° au lieu de 44° cela se sent dans une certaine légèreté, mais dégagé une saveur très agréable, très apprécié par ceux de mon entourage qui n'aiment pas le tourbé.
