A bittersweet gin, very original and vegetal, to be enjoyed dry or as a "gin spritz", mixed with tonic or sparkling water and, as a decoration, a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
Nose : Vegetal and fruity. Lemon sorbet, pine and juniper notes with a mineral touch.
Palate : Balanced and bittersweet. Candied lemon peel, licorice, floral notes.
