COTSWOLDS Hedgerow Gin

Hedgerow Gin is a tribute to the generous hedgerows that dot the Cotswold landscape in late summer and early autumn! Combining the award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin, made from nine botanicals, distilled in a pot still, with the finest locally hand-picked plums, plums (red, Reine Claude) and berries (blackberry, elderberry), the result is a beautifully fruity gin! In order to produce a gin with a unique character, Daniel Szor, Director of Cotswolds Distillery, called upon a botanical expert to select the best ingredients. Hedgerow Gin combines Cotswolds Dry Gin, an award-winning pot still gin made from nine botanicals, with the finest local hand-picked fruits and berries. An assortment of plums of different varieties and blackberries in particular give it a wonderful flavor.
