COPERIES Single Malt Les Ocres

With LES OCRES, COPERIES French Single Malt whisky ventures into the field of maturing in different types of cask. After its usual ageing in French oak casks, its Malt eaux-de-vie are matured separately in different casks of mutated French wine (Pineau des Charentes, Maury...), then blended. In LES OCRES we find the characteristic roundness of COPERIES from its double distillation in pot stills by Distillerie Merlet & Fils, to which are added exquisite notes of candied fruit due to its maturation. A fine French Single Malt, from the barley to the maturing barrels!
