PROFILE: This rum reveals a slender and powerful profile, featuring notes of chocolate, coffee and sweet spices. It is distilled in Phuket using a forty-year-old Armagnac still.

Nose : lively, powerful. Coconut milk and fresh sugar cane juice are underpinned by the acidity of citrus fruit (lime, orange). It slowly merges into notes of agave and geranium. The lavender honey gradually spreads across the entire aromatic palette.
