The Chalong Bay distillery was founded by a young French couple in Phuket on a mission to return rum to the original home of sugar cane. The distillery is equipped with a forty-year-old armagnac still. Notably aromatic and fresh, the rum made here is a veritable ode to a fruit: the lychee.

Nose : lively, powerful. Coconut milk and fresh sugar cane juice are underpinned by the acidity of citrus fruit (lime, orange). It slowly merges into notes of agave and geranium. The lavender honey gradually spreads across the entire aromatic palette.
