Produced from the 2010 vintage and aged in Refill Hogsheads, this Small Batch expresses Big Peat's raw, authentic style with intensity, while gaining in roundness and complexity with age. A racy, powerful expression, elegantly aged for 15 years. The Fèis Ìle 2025 Edition reveals the emblematic style of Big Peat: gentle but tenacious smoke, a touch of Islay's typical iodine, and gourmet notes of sweet kelp, coal dust, soot and campfire ash. The finish lingers for a long time on a smoky barbecue register, intense and flavoursome.’
