Although mothballed from 1900 to 1965, the Benriach distillery continued to use its malting floors during this period, supplying malted barley to Speyside distilleries. Thanks to this know-how, Benriach today offers vibrant taste experiences that breathe new life into Scottish single malts.
This fourth and final ten-year-old edition is the masterpiece of the Benriach Malting Season series. It has been crafted entirely at the distillery from hand-malted concerto barley, before maturing for over ten years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks in our rammed earth cellars.
The result is an exceptionally smooth, rich and creamy single malt, with captivating notes of juicy orchard fruit and the sweetness of honey.

Nose : Barley sugar and chocolate honey mingle with milk toffee, sweet apricot and almond biscotti, with a touch of orange peel.
Palate : Crème caramel brings an explosion of cinnamon, poached apple and juicy baked peach in sweet orange blossom, honey and almond on the finish.
