Nose : Smooth, malty and inviting. It opens with aromas of fresh barley malt, cut grass and honey, subtly complemented by notes of green apples, sweet caramel and a very slight hint of peaty smoke.

Palate : A smooth, mellow and perfectly balanced profile. It reveals the richness of roasted grains blended with the sweetness of vanilla, brown sugar and fruit cake. The oak notes remain delicate, underpinned by a pinch of sweet spices.

Overall : Short to medium, clean and comforting. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste of sweet malt, toasted hazelnut and a final hint of wood and a touch of smoke.
