Years of patient aging in a tropical climate under the watchful eye of the Cellar Master have produced an intense vintage.
Nose : A frank woodiness without aggressiveness, with citrus notes characteristic of the 2003 harvest. The second nose evolves towards sweet cocoa and macerated fruit notes.
Palate : A beautifully intense attack carried by the woodiness and well balanced with the nose. The fruitiness and toastiness blend together wonderfully.
Overall : A beautiful length on the palate carried by a finish with notes of undergrowth.
