P&M WHISKY

P&M whisky is the fruit of the combination of two Corsican crafts: Pietra brewery and Mavela distillery. The brew, specially developed by Pietra, is distilled at the Mavela estate in a Holstein still. Matured on site in a generous climate, P&M Single Malt benefits from significant evaporation. This accelerates maturation and promotes aromatic concentration, making each cuvée exceptionally rich and incomparable. The ageing cellar is made up of French oak casks from the Tronçais forest, renowned the world over for the nobility of its wood. Prior to maturation, the barrels are entrusted to the finest Corsican winemakers, so that they can make their exceptional cuvées.
