Honda Shoten was founded in 1921 in Aboshi, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. The Tatsuriki brewery is located in the Harima region—a fertile land blessed with the Harima Plain and the Harima Sea, known for its abundant fishing grounds. This area has been a land of prosperity since ancient times. For over 100 years, we have been brewing sake under the “Tatsuriki” brand in this rich terroir. Our core philosophy is: Sake made from rice should express the true flavor of rice.
