ELEMENT is a young Irish whiskey brand founded on the principles of Open Innovation. Unlike traditional methods, its whiskeys are not the work of a single master blender, but the fruit of collaboration with a community of experts, bartenders and enlightened amateurs. Following an iterative model based on listening to consumers, identifying their expectations, developing the blend, tasting phases until reaching its final version.
