Nose : Both delicate and heady. On the first nose, aromas of candied lemon, vanilla, green barley, and licorice form a harmonious, spring-like olfactory sequence. When allowed to breathe, the aromatic palette takes on increasingly exotic (pineapple, banana), spicy (clove, pepper), and saline (sea aster) tones.

Palate : Clean and lively. Drawing a vanilla and lemon borderline straight down the middle of the palate, the flavor profile is divided between freshly cut grass, mint, and eucalyptus, alongside particularly juicy fruity notes (pear, Mirabelle plum, white currant).

Overall : Dynamic and streamlined. Deeply malty (grist), it evokes a fermentation vat in full swing. Next, aniseed, herbal infusions (sage), and tart flavors (grapefruit) bring a tremendous amount of freshness to the late palate, which is dotted with shards of white chocolate. Bucolic and rustic, the retro-olfaction captures the warm atmosphere of harvest time with striking realism.
